Assi Engineering was founded in the year 1999 for manufacture of Impulse Sealers, Continuous Band Sealers, Hot Air Sealers, Automatic Sac Slitting Machines, Vaccum Packers, Conveyors, Bag Diverters, Sack Shapers to the well established Assi design at its works in Ambernath which is approximately 30 miles out of the city of Mumbai.
